Pilot Operated Stop Valves
BiS Wells offer a comprehensive range of Pilot operated stop valves. These valves control high pressure gasses and liquids using a low-pressure diaphragm piston.
We offer both 2 ported 2 position (2/2) and 3 ported 2 position (3/2) variants. 2 and 3 ported valves are offered in both balanced poppet and pressure biased configurations. As well as normally closed and normally open versions. 3 ported balanced poppet valves can be used in any ‘universal’ configuration. Depending on pressure, flow and your application will determine which product is best suited.
Our Pilot operated stop valves have a Maximum Working Pressure of up to 500 Bar (7,250 Psi). Valves are offered in Aluminium Alloy as standard but can be manufactured from Stainless Steel, Brass and Aluminium Bronze. Valves range from ¼” up to ¾” ports.
All our Pilot operated stop valves are suitable for both pneumatic and hydraulic applications, please see our overview datasheets for suitability. As standard valves are offered with Nitrile or Viton seals however please contact us for medium compatibility as other elastomeric materials can be offered.
